After working in mental health without fully understanding the weight of emotional struggles, Siera’s life changed when she became the client instead of the counselor. Battling her own depression, experiencing God’s grace, spiritual support, and personal breakthrough transformed her heart. I Beat Depression was created from her testimony and purpose: to help others find hope while they fight their silent battles.

Our Mission
To bring hope, healing, and emotional support to individuals experiencing depression by providing uplifting community programs, wellness-focused events, and motivational speaking that inspire people to keep going. We serve as a bridge, connecting individuals to licensed mental-health professionals and local resources when deeper support is needed.
